Roskilde Festival Program Department Is Looking For An Intern For Spring 2026

Do you want to help plan the Art & Activism program for Roskilde Festival 2026? And are you interested in how to put together engaging art and culture programs? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

The program department at Roskilde Festival is looking for an intern who can support the programming and production of the festival's Art & Activism program.

You will follow the curation of the program closely, and you will have a decisive influence on how the festival's participants and artists experience the program.

In addition, you will be part of a dynamic and exciting organization as well as a strong professional team consisting of both volunteer enthusiasts and employees.

Your tasks: 

  • Support program planning 

  • Coordination and logistics planning in connection with the realization of the production of the program
     
  • Administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, contract management, production scheduling support, updating booking systems, accreditation, etc. 

  • Assistance in planning and facilitating team meetings with volunteers and partners 

  • Carry out various ad hoc tasks, where you gain insight into different divisions and parts of the Roskilde Festival Group's work 

  • Implementation and hosting of Roskilde Festival 2026
     
  • ... and much more 


A little about you: 

  • You are studying a relevant education. 

  • You are interested in what is happening in young activist and/or artistic environments, and you want to make things happen.
     
  • You have a systematic approach to things and can both create and maintain the big picture.
     
  • You are comfortable in a dynamic (and sometimes busy) working environment, where juggling multiple tasks at once is simply part of the job.

About the Roskilde Festival Group

Roskilde Festival Group is the name for the collective non-profit organization that has emerged in the environment surrounding Roskilde Festival. 

We create vibrant cultural experiences, explore new creative solutions and contribute and provide advice with the aim of inspiring and promoting positive change in the world.

We are located in the Musicon district of Roskilde, located halfway between the station and the festival site. Everyday life is characterized by flexibility, humor, dedication and cross-functional collaboration.

All our activities are driven by the goal of supporting humanitarian and charitable work for the benefit of children and young people.
